If replies aren’t going out
- Permissions. Check that Auto TextBack has the phone state, call log, Send SMS and notifications permissions. Without them it can’t detect missed calls or send replies.
- On or off. Replies go out only while auto-reply is on.
- Your settings. A cooldown, a daily or monthly limit, or paused hours may be stopping a reply on purpose.
- Free replies. If your three free replies are used up, the app sends no reply and notifies you instead. Unlock it once through Google Play to keep going.
- Your phone and network. Battery optimization and other device settings, network coverage and your operator can all affect sending.

Refunds
Refunds go through Google Play’s refund policy. You can also email us, and we can refund through Google Play.
